Behind Sropico, there’s Sophie
Hey !
I’m Sophie, a content manager and UGC creator in the lifestyle, sport and wellness space.
My way of working with brands is simple: I make them part of my everyday life. My morning routines, my runs, my Sunday Resets… When a brand truly fits into my life, it shows, and that’s exactly why it resonates with people.
What drives me is helping people build healthier habits and feel better in their body and mind. The brands I work with share that goal.
Behind Sropico there’s a real journey: a master’s degree in sports nutrition, a year and a half travelling between Hawaii, Bali and Australia, and one belief: the best-performing content is the one that looks like real life.
Today I split my time between Paris, Troyes and Reims (France) and work remotely with brands all over the world. I’m fluent in English, so international projects are very welcome!

My journey
- 2017 – 2020
Bachelor’s in sports nutrition & dietetics
Where it all started: understanding the body, energy and habits. A foundation that never left me.
- 2020 – 2022
Master’s in nutrition science
Two years digging into the science of wellbeing, and learning to make complex topics simple.
- 2022 – 2023
18 months between Hawaii, Bali and Australia
Backpack on, phone in hand: that’s when I fell in love with content creation and storytelling.

Social media management training (Liberté Digital)
Structuring my practice: strategy, editorial lines, ads, KPIs, project management.
