I’m Sophie, a content manager and UGC creator in the lifestyle, sport and wellness space.
My way of working with brands is simple: I make them part of my everyday life. My morning routines, my runs, my Sunday Resets… When a brand truly fits into my life, it shows, and that’s exactly why it resonates.
Behind Sropico there’s a real journey: a master’s degree in sports nutrition, a year and a half travelling between Hawaii, Bali and Australia, and one belief: the best-performing content is the one that looks like real life.

What does a content manager do?
I plan and create the content for your social media: editorial strategy, photos, Reels, carousels, stories and UGC videos. Depending on the package, I also handle posting, community management (comments, DMs, interactions) and reporting. The goal: visibility, but above all, clients.
Do you only work in France?
I meet clients and shoot on location in Paris, Troyes and Reims. Everything else is done remotely, with brands all over France and abroad. I’m fluent in English.
How much does it cost?
The Refresh (account audit + makeover) is a €400 one-off, and monthly management starts at €600 per month (Light Butterfly). UGC videos start at €180. All prices are on the Services page.
What is UGC content?
UGC (User Generated Content) means authentic videos filmed the way a real customer would: talking to camera, demos, routines… Perfect for Meta and TikTok ads because they build trust.
Which industries do you specialise in?
Wellness, sport, nutrition, beauty, skincare and lifestyle. With my master’s degree in sports nutrition I know health and wellbeing topics inside out.
